到的見解和實踐指標，稱之為「四攝法」，究竟「四攝法」和領導力的關聯是什麼？如何才能修練出具智慧的領導力？
證嚴法師：四攝法，「攝」就是攝受、號召的意思，如何號召人人往一個正確的方向，一定要有方法，四攝法就是四種方法，布施、利行、愛語、同事度。
第一個方法是「布施」，布施有好幾種，有的是「財施」，就是有形的物資，苦難人沒有米吃，我們給米糧，冷的人沒有衣服穿，我們給衣物、棉被等等，有的人病了沒有錢醫治，無
人照顧，我們提供他醫病，呵護、陪伴他康復；還有「法施」，法就是傳承，這個你比較不會，來，我告訴你，我們用這樣的方式來做會比較好，心靈陷入痛苦，引導他走出來，這都
叫法的布施；還有「無畏施」，不畏艱困、髒臭...等狀況，只要有困難，需要幫助，無所畏懼。
第二個方法是「愛語」，要度眾，就要用軟的，要隨順根機，用善而柔的語言去安慰他、勉勵他、教育他，不要拿別人的錯誤來懲罰自己，看到別人怎麼樣就惡言惡語，這樣不只是傷
到別人，也對自己有損，所以我們要好好地培養口德，不要破口就罵人或是「綺語」、「兩舌」，這都是攝受在口的德，一個人的德行要聽他說話，所以我們要學習說真實話，而且說
柔軟話，只要我們真的能立言，我們說出去的話，人人都會願意接受。
第三個方法是「利行」也就是「立行」，我們要身體力行，用心疼惜大地、愛護人類，凡事都是為利益人生、社會人群而做。
第四個方法是「同事」，也就是「同事度」，隨機接引，一起來做好事。
各位，「四攝法」從立言、立行做起，然後才能立德，口說的好話，身體所做的好事，打從內心誠正信實地做，外行慈悲喜捨在人群中，我們能真正的這樣做，自然可以帶動人人付出
，就可以改變世界，救地球。
